All sales are final

Each report is prepared specially from the birth details you enter and is delivered instantly as a digital file. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are not refundable once an order has been placed.

If something goes wrong

If your payment succeeded but you did not receive your report, or you cannot download it, write to us with your order number and we will send it to you.

If you were charged more than once for the same order because of a technical error, contact us and the extra payment will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
